Today, Echidna Tracks, a new collection of Australian Haiku, opens for submissions. I am excited to be coediting this new collection, built and managed by web wizard Lynette Arden (who also manages the Australian Haiku Society website), with haiku poet, Simon Hanson. For our first edition we are looking for haiku about places we live: cities, suburbs, towns. Here is the link to the site where you can read about the aims of the collection and its submission guidelines. Please take a look, and consider sending your best unpublished haiku. Submissions close 31 May, 2018.
This is an exciting new venture for us. We hope to receive a lot of stunning haiku to display. The website is organised so each author will be able to access a collection of all their work included on the website.
